New construction mansion

This stately villa is entirely built in steel frame construction. The facades, internal walls and floors are made of steel frame profiles. The very good detailing has resulted in an energy-optimised building.

The load-bearing and non-load-bearing internal walls of the building, the interior wall and floor elements were prefabricated under ideal conditions in a (lattice) workshop. In this workshop, the elements were fitted with wooden cladding, insulation and piping.
The foundations were laid beforehand, and then all the elements were transported from the workshop to the building site in the correct order. An assembly team assembled and secured the elements in two days. The shell was ready immediately and the building was wind and rainproof.
For this project, it was decided to construct the façade in the traditional manner and to apply a plasterboard on the inside, which can be reworked.
