This newly built house, with the appearance of a traditional house, is completely built in the steel frame construction method. The facades, inner walls, floors and roofs have a structural base of steel frame profiles.
Because of the extremely good detailing, an energy-optimised house has been made.
The facades, internal walls, floors and pitched roof were prefabricated in a workshop. All elements were then transported to the existing foundation on the building site and assembled into a home within a few days.
After assembling the elements, it was decided to apply the (steel) façade sheets on the outside and a finishing plasterboard on the inside.
