Residential thermal post insulation facade

Existing houses and flats often need a lot of energy for heating and cooling. The thermal insulation of these buildings is often insufficient. With energy becoming more and more expensive, it is necessary to reduce energy consumption. The quickest way to do this is to improve the thermal insulation of the façade.

With a steel-frame curtain wall, this thermal upgrade can be carried out quickly and cost-effectively.

The costs of this upgrading can largely be recouped with the annually lower energy costs and you get living comfort for free. By prefabricating the facades, the conversion can be realised in a very short construction period. This minimises the inconvenience of the conversion for the residents.

Method of working:
The existing facade is measured digitally. The manufacturer or drawing office makes a digital drawing of the new situation that fits the existing situation exactly. From this digital drawing, the parts lists are generated. All parts, including the steel frame profiles, are delivered to the frame manufacturer from these states, exactly to size.

The frame producer assembles everything in his factory and transports the facade element as a whole to the building site.

At the building site, the facade can often be completely upgraded within a few days with little inconvenience to the residents.
