Voor afwijkende profielspecificaties kunt u contact met ons opnemen omtrent de productiemogelijkheden. Onderstaande leidraad kunt u hiervoor aanhouden.
- The U-profiles for walls and floors can be supplied with widths from 63 to 200 mm. Increasing from 1mm
- The flange (A) is standard available in heights of 40 and 60mm. The flange height can be supplied with a minimum height of 15 mm.
- Thickness of the profiles can be varied as standard from 1.0-1.2-1.5-2.0-3.0-4.0. Production can be done with a steel thickness between 1.0 and 4.0 mm.
The profiles have a minimum steel quality of S280GD (NEN-EN 10346). On request, we can also deliver profiles in steel quality S350GD.
The profiles are permanently protected with a zinc layer of at least Z275 (NEN-EN 10346).
The profiles can be equipped with a large number of machining operations and holes. See the document below for the standard possibilities.
