New bungalow

For this series of bungalows, the choice was made to prefabricate all the facades in the steel frame construction method. The facades were made in a workshop and then transported to the building site. Due to the high degree of prefabrication, different masonry dressings and appearances are easy to achieve.

The steel frame railings were fitted with a finishing panel on the inside in the factory. On the outside, a load-bearing sheet metal, hard insulation and stone strips have already been applied in the factory. The window frames and doors were also installed beforehand. As a result, the building is immediately wind- and rainproof after the elements have been placed. This results in enormous savings on the construction time.
